WASHINGTON, DC – Today, the U.S. House of Representatives passed H.Res. 755, a resolution impeaching Donald John Trump, President of the United States, for abuse of power and obstruction of Congress by a vote of 230-197-1 and 229-198-1 respectively. Three Democrats joined House Republicans in their bipartisan opposition. The resolution, including two articles of impeachment, will now make its way to the Senate for a trial.
