Washington, D.C. – Today, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Army Corps of Engineers finalized their actions to broaden the federal government's authority to regulate waters under the Clean Water Act. Washington, D.C.—Today, U.S. Representatives Glenn ‘GT’ Thompson (PA-05) and Tim Ryan (OH-13) introduced the Veteran Wellness Act, legislation that will improve Veteran Service Organizations’ (VSO) ability to promote good health among our nation’s veterans. Veterans across the country turn to these organizations to participate in a wide variety of programs to build and cultivate a community of support among fellow veterans. These facilities are a place of comfort and familiarity for thousands of men and women and their families.
