The U.S. Department of Health & Human Services has announced a $1 million grant to the Shelocta-based Armstrong-Indiana-Clarion Drug and Alcohol Commission to help further implement a tri-county Rural Communities Opioid Response program.
WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) recently announced the Armstrong-Indiana-Clarion Drug and Alcohol Commission (AICDAC) as the recipient of a $1,000,000 grant. The funds will support the implementation of the organization's Rural Communities Opioid Response program.

WASHINGTON – Today, the U.S. House of Representatives passed H.R.2500, the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2020 by a vote of 220-197. The annual authorizing legislation sets Department of Defense (DOD) policy for the coming fiscal year.
