WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Representative Glenn “GT” Thompson today announced that Mr. Eric Clark of Bellefonte, Pa. has accepted a fully-qualified appointment to the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis, Md.
Clark is a senior at Bald Eagle Area High School, and he is the son of Amy and Benjamin Clark. He is the grandson of Uleta and Eric Clark of Warriors Mark, Pa. and Ann and William Welsh of Rixford, Pa.
WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Representative Glenn “GT” Thompson today announced that Mr. Jude Sterling, of Millmont, has accepted a fully-qualified appointment to the U.S. Air Force Academy at Colorado Springs, Colo.
Sterling is a senior at Meadowbrook Christian School, he is the son of Elizabeth and John Sterling. He is the grandson of Shirley O’Brian and Harry Van Sickle of Lewisburg, Pa., and Kathy and Carl Baskin of Sugar Hill, Ga.
WASHINGTON, D.C.– Representatives Glenn “GT” Thompson (R-PA) and Suzanne Bonamici (D-OR), co-chairs of the Congressional Career and Technical Education (CTE) Caucus, today introduced the Counseling for Career Choice Act, bipartisan legislation that would expand K-12 career counseling services, providing more resources focused on financial literacy, registered apprenticeships, dual enrollment programs, internships, and even financing for college or other postsecondary education.
