KITTANNING, Pa. – U.S. Representative Glenn "GT" Thompson today announced that his staff will host constituent office hours on Wednesday, October 11 in Kittanning.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Reps. Glenn "GT" Thompson (R-PA-15), David Scott (D-GA-13), Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA-05), Henry Cuellar (D-TX-28), co-chairs of the bipartisan 4-H Caucus, today introduced a resolution to designate the week of October 1 through October 7 as "National 4-H Week.”

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Rep. Glenn "GT" Thompson today announced that he will not accept his salary for the duration of a pending federal government shutdown, which would occur at 12:01 a.m. on October 1^st.
 
In a letter to the Chief Administrative Officer of the U.S. House of Representatives, Rep. Thompson formally requested his pay be withheld during a lapse of appropriations. Upon sending the letter, Thompson shared additional thoughts on the matter:

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, Representatives Glenn "GT" Thompson (PA-15) and Ann Kuster (NH-02), introduced the bipartisan Helping Ensure Access to Local TeleHealth, or the HEALTH Act, as part of National Telehealth Awareness Week. This legislation secures Medicare reimbursement for telehealth services provided by community health centers and rural health clinics.
