Washington, D.C. – Today, U.S. Representative Glenn 'GT' Thompson, PA-5, announced that Kenneth Schultz III, a junior at DuBois Area High School, Clearfield County, PA, is the winner of the 5th District’s 2014 High School Art Competition. As the First Place recipient, Kenneth’s artwork, a charcoal piece titled “Objects in the Mirror,” will hang in the U.S. Capitol Complex in Washington, D.C., as part of a year-long exhibit.
