Deadline for high school students to submit artwork is April 27

The winning piece of artwork from each congressional district across the country will be displayed in a special exhibit in the U.S. Capitol.
RECLAIM Act a bicameral effort to help clean-up U.S. coalfields

The purpose of this funding is for the restoration of legacy abandoned mine sites that were never reclaimed. Pennsylvania’s 5th Congressional District has more AML sites than any other congressional district in the country.
