U.S. Senate unanimously passes Thompson's Whole Milk for Healthy Kids Act, a bipartisan bill to restore whole milk options in school nutrition programs.
The GO Ag Act would create a $5 million grant program to help high schools cover the startup costs associated with agriculture education programs.

HOWARD, Pa. – U.S. Representative Glenn “GT” Thompson today announced more than $2 million in federal funding for the Howard Fire Company and Moshannon Valley Emergency Medical Services (MVEMS).
The Howard Fire Company will receive $98,653 to replace and upgrade the company’s existing 25-year-old rescue jet boat, which is vital for water-based rescue operations.
