Washington, D.C. – Today, Congressman Glenn ‘GT’ Thompson (PA-05) announced that Rebecca F. Layng of State College, Pennsylvania, has accepted an appointment to the U.S. Air Force Academy. Rebecca is the daughter of Ken and Megan Layng.
