WBLF 970-AM’s Jerry Fisher to Host Radio Town Hall with Thompson

Washington, DC – U.S. Rep. Glenn ‘GT’ Thompson (PA-05) today announced his participation in a live radio broadcast with WBLF 970-AM’s Jerry Fisher. The event, entitled, “Coffee with the Congressman: A Radio Town Hall with WBLF 970-AM’s Jerry Fisher,” will be a question and answer session, planned for Monday, Dec. 14, from 8-9 a.m. at the Days Inn Penn State, located at 240 S. Pugh St., State College.

The hour-long event is open to the public and press and will also be live broadcast on WBLF 970-AM’s “Centre County This Morning.” Questions from the public should be submitted in advance to the host, WBLF’s Jerry Fisher, via email at jerryfisherpsu@gmail.com. Questions will be selected at random by Fisher and will not be provided to Thompson in advance. Questions should be submitted to Fisher no later than December 12 at 5 p.m.

“People have busy lives and busy schedules, and I’m thankful that WBLF 970-AM can broadcast this town hall to maximize the audience reach,” Thompson said. “I look forward to the opportunity to hear what is on people’s minds, answer questions and share some of my thoughts and offer some solutions to the issues facing our nation and Pennsylvania’s 5th Congressional District.”
