Thompson Announces $1.5 Million in Federal Funding for Bradford City Water Authority

WASHINGTON, DC. – U.S. Representative Glenn “GT” Thompson today announced $1.5 million for the Bradford City Water Authority. These funds will replace outdated water treatment facilities and improve water treatments to remove harmful pollutants before the water is released into the environment.
 
“I am pleased to announce $1.5 million in federal funding for the Bradford City Water Authority,” Rep. Thompson said. “Our wastewater treatment plants protect us from disease and pollution and it's crucial we take action to keep the systems functioning properly. I look forward to the positive impacts this will have in Bradford and the surrounding municipalities.”
