WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) recently announced the Armstrong-Indiana-Clarion Drug and Alcohol Commission (AICDAC) as the recipient of a $1,000,000 grant. The funds will support the implementation of the organization's Rural Communities Opioid Response program.
