WASHINGTON, D.C.—U.S. Representative Glenn "GT" Thompson on Thursday introduced H. Con. Res. 85, which recognizes Pennsylvania's abundant natural resources as the U.S. addresses its energy security and lessens its dependence on foreign oil.
